HiHo

HiHo™ is a natural pH increaser (in liquid form) designed for interaction with hydroponic nutrients. 
HiHo has a nutrient content of 0-0-75 but should not have to be added in amounts that would affect EC levels of tank.

Instructions:

Begin by adding approximately one drop (1ml) per gallon of solution. This should correct most problems associated with nutrient acidity but it’s best to check pH one hour after adding the initial amount to determine if more is needed.

CAUTION: The concentrated form (1M potassium hydroxide) has a pH above 12.2 and can burn skin, clothing, and synthetics; wash immediately with room temperature water for a minimum of 15 min. should exposure to concentrate occur.

pH is the measure of acid/base relations within a liquid solution. pH affects the breakdown of organic elements, general health of plant/soil, and solubility/availability of nutrients. Strict management of pH is necessary when growing hydroponics, continuous production with high input crops, or in areas with a lot of acid rain.
